How it works

Get your business online in four simple steps.

   Create an account

   Sign up with your email. We'll send a verification link — click it to activate your account. Then sign in to reach your dashboard.

2. 2

   Create your website

   Click "New website", choose a unique URL (e.g. your-business), and add your business name. Optionally pick a starter template (Consultant, Agency, Coach, Real estate, or Freelancer) to start with pre-filled content. Your site will be available at https://your-business.getonlinehq.com.

3. 3

   Fill in your details

   The editor starts with a short Getting started path: Hero, Services, About, Gallery, and Contact. A clickable progress bar shows Business info → Services → About → Gallery → Contact → Publish (About and Gallery are optional). The sidebar jumps between those sections; open More options when you want SEO, social links, portfolio, blog, colors, or section order. In Contact, you can In Contact, you can enable a floating WhatsApp button and an optional prefilled message.

   Getting started

   • Hero: Logo, business name, tagline, CTA style
   • Services: Up to 6 services with titles and descriptions
   • About: Rich text story (optional)
   • Gallery: Free: 100 images; Pro: up to 300 (optional)
   • Contact: Phone, email, WhatsApp, form, floating WhatsApp toggle, optional prefilled message

   • SEO: Page title, meta description, OG image
   • Social Links: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn
   • Portfolio: Free: 10 items; Pro: up to 50 items
   • Testimonials: Client quotes with name and role
   • FAQ: Questions and answers accordion
   • Blog (Pro): Posts with optional images
   • Section order: Reorder main sections with up/down
   • Styling: Primary color and font family

   Changes save automatically. Use Preview to see how it looks; switch between desktop and mobile view. Need a walkthrough? See the Help center.

4. 4

   Publish and share

   Click "Publish" when you're happy. Your site goes live immediately at your unique URL (e.g., https://your-business.getonlinehq.com). You'll see a success message with a QR code you can download for cards and flyers, plus quick Share on WhatsApp and Share on X (Twitter) buttons. A "Visit website" button appears at the top of the edit page so you can open your live site anytime.

   Reopen your QR anytime from the dashboard (QR icon on each published site) or the website overview page. Share the link via social media, email, or print. If you have the contact form enabled, leads are emailed to you and appear in your Lead inbox — set status, reply on WhatsApp, or export CSV. You’ll also get a weekly email digest of page views and enquiries. Your website is fully responsive and looks great on all devices.
