How it works

Get your business online in four simple steps.

    Create an account

    Sign up with your email. We'll send a verification link — click it to activate your account. Then sign in to reach your dashboard.

    Create your website

    Click "New website", choose a unique URL (e.g. your-business), and add your business name. Optionally pick a starter template (Consultant, Agency, Coach, Real estate, or Freelancer) to start with pre-filled content. Your site will be available at https://your-business.getonlinehq.com.

    Fill in your details

    Use the builder to complete each section. A sticky sidebar lets you jump to any section (Hero, Services, About, etc.), and sections can be collapsed or expanded like an accordion. A progress indicator shows your setup steps. You can reorder sections (Hero, About, Services, Gallery, Contact, Blog, Socials) and set SEO (page title, meta description, OG image). In the Hero, choose a CTA button style (Solid, Outline, Rounded, Square). In Contact, optionally enable a floating WhatsApp button.

    • Hero: Logo, business name, tagline, CTA style
    • Services: Up to 5 services with titles and descriptions
    • About: Rich text story
    • Contact: Phone, email, WhatsApp, form, floating WhatsApp toggle
    • SEO: Page title, meta description, OG image
    • Social Links: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn
    • Section order: Reorder main sections with up/down
    • Styling: Primary color and font family
    • Gallery: Free: 12 images; Pro: up to 24 images
    • Portfolio: Free: 3 items; Pro: up to 7 items
    • Blog (Pro): Posts with optional images

    Changes save automatically. Use Preview to see how it looks; switch between desktop and mobile view. Use the scroll-to-top arrow at the bottom right when you're done editing.

    Publish and share

    Click "Publish" when you're happy. Your site goes live immediately at your unique URL (e.g., https://your-business.getonlinehq.com). You'll see a success message with quick Share on WhatsApp and Share on X (Twitter) buttons. A "Visit website" button appears at the top of the edit page so you can open your live site anytime.

    Share the link with customers via social media, email, or business cards. If you have the contact form enabled, leads will reach you via email notifications. You can view and manage all contact submissions in your dashboard. Your website is fully responsive and looks great on all devices.
